Managing Director

Peter brings over two decades of executive search experience to the firm. He has provided expert guidance to public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks, and family offices. Peter has successfully placed and managed a diverse client portfolio, including Fortune 500 companies, pre-IPO ventures, and sponsor-backed enterprises. Having worked across two distinct markets throughout his career, he has completed successful searches across a vast range of industries. Specializing in recruitment and client relationship management, Peter focuses on C-suite and key finance roles, such as CFOs, FP&A leaders, and accounting executives. His consultative approach ensures that every client receives personalized service and results that align with their strategic goals.

Our rigorous vetting process ensures that the candidates we present are ready for interviews, saving you time and ensuring that your first interviews are productive.

Once candidates are identified, we take care of every detail—from scheduling interviews to handling logistics and travel arrangements, if necessary. We ensure that every interview is well-prepared, so your team’s time is spent on high-value conversations.
